1. Basic Profit Sharing Formula

Partner’s Share of Profit = Partner’s Investment × Time Period Total Investment × Time Period

The profit is divided based on the ratio of investment and time.

2. Equal Time Investment Formula

Profit Ratio = Investment of Partner A Investment of Partner B

Profit is shared in the ratio of investments for equal time periods.

3. Different Time Investment Formula

Profit Ratio = Investment of Partner A × Time of A Investment of Partner B × Time of B

Profit is shared based on investment and time for each partner.

4. New Partner Joining Formula

Profit Ratio = Original Partner’s Investment × Time Period New Partner’s Investment × Remaining Time

The new partner’s share is based on their investment and time in the business.

5. Capital Withdrawal Formula

Adjusted Profit Ratio = Remaining Capital of A × Time Period Remaining Capital of B × Time Period

Adjusted profit reflects the remaining capital and time invested.
